Indeed. It's a job, and one they're well paid to do. It's not their place to get the hump if Bertin comes back. Do they think Forster came because he loves the club so much, or because the money was right?

Boyd's class ... would have been a great signing. Thornton's talented, but a bit of a fat tosser.

If you're comparing them as full-backs, then, of course, Harding was considerably better; it's his position, and shows. Virgo was never that well-suited to played away from centre-back, where he was class. Just noticed the date!
