Of course not. McGhee's failings aside, he started with the considerable advantage of being in a good league position, Coppell started with a 10-point handicap.
The Jake experiment being somewhat questionable, we seem rather under-strength for wingers at the moment, especially as Cox isn't really a wide player anyway.
I can't see Robinson as a winger. If he's not up to it as a striker, I don't see that he offers anything worthwhile. That said, I still hold onto some desperate hope that he'll actually do something with the ability he does have.
That was a bit odd, given that the Gobliny bloke had it.
The book was good-ish, better than the last two, still takes too long to get anywhere of consequence though. Not up to the quality of the first three, but ties it all up well enough. Kind of guessed the ending.
You know that's not actually true, right?
Hendo's far from faultless, but he still managed to make less goal-costing mistakes than Kuipers last season.
Agreed.
A bit bizarre really - I don't doubt he was better suited to the Championship than this level, but I don't see how you go from one of the better players in the team to not making the squad at a lower level like that.
We need to bring in someone capable of something vaguely creative...
