Correct the injunction is the story. The "super" part of the injunction is the fact that you can't even say whom the individual is that has any injunction.
The MP using his H of P privelidges has blown the super part of the injunction out of the water.
The MP said that it was Ryan Giggs who had the super injunction (which is what all other media outlets revealed)
The Sun want to do a warts and all blow by blow account of the affair....no doubt.
That is why the injunction is still in place
No it is not, what you are talking about are changing times. Capitalist systems always change because they have to adapt to what the market wants, if they don't they go to the wall. Things go out of fashion because the market doesn't want or need them any more, for e.g people who built...
It needs the Swiss police force to start investigating FIFA, no doubt under pressure from the Swiss government, whom should be put under pressure from the British government and others. Blatter et al think they are above the law, they are not.
I did ask our journalist editor friend why the press couldn't do this with the suing the Twitter story. Which to me, as long as you make no reference to the alleged affair are two different stories (well it can be argued that way by a clever lawyer I think).
That's it now. All the press can now run this story now as they are starting to do, as they did with Fred the Shred. What a waste of maybe hundreds of thousands on legal fees on a story that would have been old news within a week or so.
Can I ask you how does the superinjunction cover the fact that the unnamed footballer is suing twitter, surely the superinjunction must only cover the alleged indiscretion with Imogen Thomas, aren't these two seperate stories? Why can't the press run a story naming the footballer suing Twitter...
Indeed they have and they are great programmes, but I think the whole purpose of them is to frighten people not to commit crime (well to a US audience especially) which at the end of the day is what every decent person in society wants.
US prisons seems to generate an atmosphere that has man...
Mate, he is a northerner (i.e no schoolboy love to Brighton prior to joining). He is a footballer, i.e his career will be over by the time he is 35, they have to think differently from the rest of us. He therefore has to maximise his earnings before he is on the career scrapheap. I don't blame...
Approximately 45 overs to go tonight.
96 minus the 5 tomorrow makes around 135 overs to get to that point and less than 240 runs to get, that is going to be a painful day to watch tomorrow then.
It will be over way before then. One way or tother......weather permitting, forecast is good BTW
