Aside from the "promotion" comments as meantioned earlier I think the only "mistake" to learn from so far has not been replacing Forster. I AGREE with the decision to let him go but we did need to replace him as he was a 15 goal a season striker. I said was by the way.

Unfortunately TB and GP must take some of the blame for the "automatic promotion" statements. Its makes peoples expectations soar and losing a couple of games is a DISASTER! To them anyway. Like I said on another thread they can hardly say "we want mid table" this season, hardly inspires...
