Just to say I am guilty of doing the odd drop-off at primary school in the car - and it is not because I am some sort of lazy entitled parent (and it's not an SUV either!). In fact, I cycle into work whenever possible and use public transport nearly all the time - my car will often sit for many...
He had a few standout games and was never in my recollection particularly poor (apart from when the whole side was), but I think he ended the season very much a decent squad member - whereas when we signed him I thought he was going to be a real star playmaker for us.
I don't think it has...
I'm a teacher so luckily for me I'll always be wanted on site when possible.
However, working from home was a NIGHTMARE. Myself and the Mrs trying to work in a tiny 2-bed house, often one on the kitchen table and one on the bed, 2 small kids running around (yes I know that there would be a...
There's a 5 day gap between the final Champions League qualifier (Sept 30th) and the transfer deadline (5th Oct). If Celtic qualify for the CL, that tends to open the purse strings a little.

Joe Ledley was good for Palace for a while.
Not many have failed though. Most don't get a move directly to the EPL, but amongst those that do I think the success rate is pretty high.

From an Irish perspective I hope not Celtic. Would rather he was getting his practice in against EPL teams week in week out rather than SPL, and the occasional top European side. From an Albion perspective I'd rather not let him strengthen a rival.
I think it's probably a fair shout that Ben White would be happy/willing to join Leeds. They're going into the Premier League, he's just had a great season there's the fans love him. Why would he be against joining them?
The problem is, this doesn't mean that he is DESPERATE to join Leeds and...
As the member of a department who were positive, but also made some very realistic and genuine decisions on grades, I'd be disappointed if we follow the Scottish decision and literally give every student their predicted grade, as I have no doubt that many schools (I think we all know which type)...
Don't necessarily disagree with your analysis on the level of Scottish football but I think it's much less of a gamble than buying from Holland, as there's a similar physical style, they're technically not moving country etc.
All the recent SPL-PL moves that I can think of have worked out...
Celtic need to release a bit more detail on this. Surely in the first week of a new season, a player shouldn't be able to go to another country without their club knowing?
