One thing that the protest overall was effective in doing was bringing the situation to the attention of Brighton supporters who are not as well informed about events as those on this forum. Don't under estimate the importance of that.

I think that this would be very difficult without a good programme collection. Tony Le Mesmer says "Dean Simmonds" which is very close - try a different first name. He's also spot on with Matt(hew) Edwards but nobody has got the No 14. yet. Clue - think about a horse!

I was hanging on to the end - but nothing shown!!

Meridian Soccer has just started, they showed TB's goal in the opening sequence with the voice over saying "all teh action from around the region" - no mention of sit in. Main match (extended highlights) is Southend vs Cambridge.

In quite a few exchanges with MP - either face to face or via e.mail his passion for the club has always shone through. I haven't always agreed with his opinion, hence the e.mails, but you cannot knock his committment.

Barrow have included the full text of Tim Carders note in their weekly bulletin "Holker Street News" and I am told that they are going to try and put it on their website. The Barrow supporter I know has copied me on his mail to JP and he is going to encourage others to write as well.

Unfortunately not all supporters of other clubs base their view of reality on the same facts that we do,
