Redundant last March and received about 2 years money to last the 3 years until pension age.
Always been tight so money is under control. Am doing a gym (part of AITC) and Walking Football. Am also doing Befriending and have just started helping at Community café & Foodbank.
Really enjoy...
I had it done a few years ago but was clued up by a relative who had also had it.
I had mine under local, recovery is pretty quick & have to say it's a great op. Ended many months of discomfort & always needing a wee. Now I never need to leave a bus or run to the loo every few mins and can...
My last 6 away games have all ended in 2-0 defeats.
Not been to Newcastle since the olden days and, much though I like the place & we often do well, can't afford the time or the money for what I am reliable informed is a pretty crap view.
The MoTD team were also down to film the AITC Outlook team this week on the work they do with people recovering from cancer. Not sure when it will be shown but soon, I hope.

There's also a talk on Valley Gardens, I think it's on Oct 3rd, featuring local historian Geoffrey mead, as well as looking at the new...
I was there & enjoyed a competitive game. Albion were really piling on the pressure when City scored a 'lucky' goal and sadly that knocked some of the belief out of our players whilst giving the City team such a boost.
Pretty sure I'll be back.
Hey, I have another update!
My last chemo treatment was way back in July and I had a PET scan in August. Today I received the result of the scan from the Consultant. The cancer has all but gone (it will never go completely) and all my fears leading up to today's consultation can now be put...
The safest football ground is an empty one and, as people who go to watch football are now being treated in a retro 1980's manner, maybe they should just ban fans.
This was my 1st evening game and I'm just a few months ahead of you. Am also pretty pleased that I was able to bring John Templeman into the FB conversation!
