More than happy for Nathan Jones to be given a go. Would prefer him over hughton.
I don't think it will happen though, but very much hope Jones isn't shunted out of the club or back to DS level as he was at Charlton.
Of course, but the bigger question is would he want to come back. Lives in city, but got abuse while he was here (God knows why) and has dogs amount of abuse every time he has been back. Doubt he is a big fan of those at the top either
Was about to post something similar. Not to mention losing Barnes in January and he brought through JFC, Ince and March from the DS and had Keith Andrews playing in a top 6 side.
I (we) can dream. Unfortunately without a bloom apology for things he said (implied), which I can't see happening any time soon, it won't happen.
I really think Oscar could have done great things here, big shame we didn't get to see it. Personally think he is head and shoulders above the names...
Nope, didn't get the most out of the players and poor tactics throughout. Good bloke, but poor manager (although the players seem genuinely gutted he left)
Depends on your definition of failure. Category 1 academy and two play offs in his time here. Just because we currently have players who are performing below their best doesn't mean that they are bad players or that he 'failed'. In his time we gained a couple of duffers, but show me any scout...
