Can't believe he's gone BUT £250k seems quite a bit of money for someone who is getting on a bit in footballing terms and was free to talk to other clubs in the next month. If it means we get the youngster from Arsenal on loan and another striker - it's a great bit of business

Can't believe this. I had no idea it was a career-threatening illness. Poor bloke. I honestly believe he could have been a really good player for us at this level. 3 retirements through injury/illness in the first 4 months of a season - couldn't have happened to many teams before...

According to official site, MM has said it is not happening due to Millwall wanting a fee for him. Does sound confident of getting Nicolas though...:clap2: :clap2:
