Still Somewhere in Sussex!
Any Chelsea sell-on clause, i.e. 50%

Hope not, cos he's definitely one for the long-term future of this club

That is fantastic - now all we need is for DC, Leon, Dan Harding and MM to sign extensions and we'll be in a very handy position over the next few seasons...

wherever the money is
Probably been our best result so far this season. superb effort by the club even if it means that Simon Rodger had to retire for us to achieve this IMHO

Hopefully there is. Then the club wont be inclined to cash-in at the first offer for him!

"I'm extremely happy. I've been here quite a while and settled in really well; I'm glad the move has become permanent.

"I've always had it in my mind that I love it hear. I'm comfortable and I always wanted to come permanently. Plus Danny Cullip and Charlie Oatway told me to stay so I was too scared to leave!

"Seriously speaking the club sells itself: the players, the fans, the staff, the manager. I like everything about the club. I've met the chairman, he's really nice and has big ambitions for Brighton. I have a lot of ambitions myself and I feel I can do well here and the club can also go forward.

"The two main ambitions for the club this season are to stay in this division and we must get the stadium. They're the two short-term ambitions; if we can fulfil those then you never know what we could go on and achieve - the sky's the limit."

What a diamond!

Absolutely top dog.

Who would have thought it this time last year, we're now sporting 3 quality under-21 internationals!

Nicolas has been a real find and I really feared he'd be poached by another club but it seems the pulling power of Brighton has won him over.

It's been said so many times but you obviously can't beat the spirit of our boys. Not a Pierre Van Hooijdonk among them.

Even record breaking Arsenal players get in 'disagreements' a la Lauren recently but when do you ever hear of a Brighton player speaking out of turn or disagreeing with someone?

You don't because they're thick as thieves, and that is worth an awful lot in my book.

Best news I've heard all year. My congrats go out to all involved in his signing. And of course congrats to the boy himself, he's made a damned good choice.
