L8r actually!! See they do teach us some stuff at Uni.
I'm in the second year of my course at the moment, and applying for industrial placements for next year as part of my course. Its not easy and ive had a quite a few rejections, but I didnt expect it to be easy. The main reason I want a year...
Im with you on that.
Ive lived here for over a year and a half now but had never been to that area of aston before last weekend; never had the need to really, I live over the other side of town near the university, edgbaston/selly oak way, and hadnt been to watch the villa (40+ quid for...
2005 Ashes, 3rd day of the edgbaston test.
What a day of cricket, england reduced to 80 odd for 6, Flintoff hitting sixes to rescue us and set a decent target, then gets rid of langer and ponting in one over. More wickets falling, and finally, with the last ball of the day, Harmison bowls...
There's no pubs at all around the ground, just an asda and ikea.
Your best bet would be to head into the centre of MK, theres a few places including a weatherspoons, about 5 minutes walk up from the station (just head out of the station and walk straight! I think the spoons is on midsummer...
Mark McCammon and Alexandres Frutos in a service station on the M1 about 4 years ago, on the way back from possibly the leeds game.
They were having a sportsman's dinner of Burger King!!
It wont let me view my halls, :( the blue line on my road stops about half a mile before my halls and then starts again half a mile later.
The pictures (for brum anyway) are at least 9 months old, as I had a look on broad street and it hasnt got the gatecrasher which opened last summertime.
I havent seen us win this season (in normal time that is, I did go to the shrewsbury JPT game). Although I have only been to 7 games so it is a rather small sample size, especially given our form!! Hopefully breaking my winless streak tomorrow night :ascarf:
Having spent 95% of my life living in quite possibly the area in the UK furthest area from any coast I would love it if i lived near to the sea.
Whenever we come down for home games we always head down to the seafront in the morning/lunchtime for a stroll and some fish and chips, love it!!
Oh...
I've been to see MK play maybe 20 times over the past 3 or 4 years, and i dont think i've ever seen anyone behave as twatishly (it is a word!!) as those luton 'fans' were last night.
I shall be going as its a home game for me
I'm really looking forward to this game, cause I dont get to go to many games me.
Getting the train back to MK this afternoon, go home, see the family, get some of my mum's lovely home cooked dinner  Then off to the game with my dad and brothers, watch us thrash luton, then back to...
beating luton as im coming down for the game and have a few luton supporting friends. plus a day out at wembley of course
Plus if we lose on tuesday that will be adams out anyway i would think
My only real experience of going to away games has been in the car with my brothers with my dad driving. Therefore that is my favourite mode of transportation, especially now that we dont get to do it that often as i dont live at home no more.
Sullivan - 9, amazing save.
Whing - 7
Hinsh - 7
Elphick - 7
Livermore - 6, looked shaky and out of position (which he was to be fair) especially first half
Birchall - 6.5, some good signs
Fraser - 7
El-abd - 6, not a centre midfielder, cant pass a ball.
Jarrett - 6, agree with the first poster...
