The Blue Parrot.
There's no pubs at all around the ground, just an asda and ikea.
Your best bet would be to head into the centre of MK, theres a few places including a weatherspoons, about 5 minutes walk up from the station (just head out of the station and walk straight! I think the spoons is on midsummer boulevard)
To get to the ground from the centre of mk you're probably best off getting a taxi (its a good 45 mins walk from the centre of town) or get a train to bletchley station, but even from there its about a 20 minute walk. Im not sure what bletchley is like for pubs, but if its anything like the area in general then its best avoided!!

Yep Wetherspoons in CMK. The HQ of the MK Seagulls. We'll be in there circa noon. Bletchley is rather bereft of pubs, but there are a couple of traditional little boozers off the beaten track in nearby Fenny Stratford.
