Who, all of them? Saying that I imagine all the groups mentioned would prefer a leader that hadn't shared a platform with (and call friends) rabid antisemites.

Categorically states he doesn't agree with what Hamas does. Uses "friends" as a welcoming gesture to open peace talks. It's called diplomacy and tact. It's how peace is brokered.

But if Israel are committing atrocities, and you don't criticise their cause, doesn't that make you a terrorist sympathiser?

Political landscape is a minefield for these things.

You can understand why Bojo is running scared from the Guru Murphy in this weeks C4 climate change debate...

Does he use the language to try to calm any tensions, or that he'd happily invite them round for a cuppa? Small but important difference

I'd imagine it's similar to how they use language in the Commons: They refer to each other as 'The Honourable Member for xx' as opposed to what they may want to say, like "That daft **** on the other side"

The Jeremy Corbyn school of peace and diplomacy ... only talk to and call friends terrorists/antisemites from one side of a conflict, the side you want to prevail.

People like you who have bought into the anti-Corbyn campaign wholesale will never see any good in anything he does. Therefore debate with you is pointless.

Your mob wanted us to tell the EU to **** off and just crash out, go in hardball on negotiations, telling them to shove it up their arse. Look how that hasn't worked. You don't understand negotiation anymore than a dog understands a card trick.

Real change, oh you mean nationalising the railways so they have no incentive to run on time because their state owned and no one can complain. Oh you mean massively increasing tax on hard working parents who may want to leave their house or flat to their children. ( heaven forbid ) oh you mean getting rid of our nuclear deterrent so we are a sitting duck for every loony dictator out there oh and give squatters more rights to break into people’s property and not get thrown straight out. Oh yes change under Corbyn will be great if you are workshy , jealous of other people’s success and are happy to live in a country where the state monitor your every move because they own the internet provider you are using. I suggest you go live in Venezuela if you like Corbyn and his extreme socialism so much.

Good grief. Is this a parody of some kind that I've somehow missed, until now?

Imagine being this gullible.

Moving on for a moment...……..

Does anyone, outside Scotland, feel that Scottish independence is a significant election issue?

Corbyn will give them another referendum, Johnson won't. I don't really care either way

The longer we wait the more likely they are to leave in my view

give them a referendum asap and a stay vote might just scrape through, leave it longer and resentment will grow ESPECIALLY if Johnson remains as PM

If Scotland go to the ballot box and elect a huge majority of SNP MPs and members of the Scottish Parliament again, then democratically I don't think any party will be able to ignore the call for another referendum at some point.

It will be genuinely upsetting to see them go. I want the UK to stay together. But if we leave the EU then I do not blame them one bit for wanting to sever ties with England and retain their valuable place in the EU. They would, I think, flourish.

The current figures, some of which were highlighted last evening, might give cause to disagree.

They will remain part of the most successful trading bloc in the world. They’ll be looked after just fine. I like us, who’ll be all at sea with only Uncle Trump to turn to. In exchange for the NHS of course.
