Anyone who votes for a party who plan to drill for oil in the Antarctic and reverse climate saving policy is very likely either selfish or grossly ill informed.

For diplomacy sake I will stop short of calling them stupid but one has to entertain the notion that they might be at least on nodding terms with daft.

I was disappointed with The US election results, but we have in the past celebrated the first black leaders, it would be a amiss not to laud Donald Trump as the first orange president.

I do get rather tired of the

“You can’t call them stupid”

“The left are arrogant”

Kind of flies in the face of all the “anti woke, afraid to say anything” agenda of the right.

I guess we are only allowed to “say it like it is” when it suits the right.

I get it. Nobody likes being called stupid. And I doubt they see themselves as such.

I suppose being stupid is like being dead. You don’t know you’re stupid. It’s everyone else that suffers.

I think we need to be careful of the idea that we in Brighton (or Burnley) have a better grasp of the state of American politics than the people who live there. Especially when that idea is that we are so much better informed, that anyone who dares to disagree must be stupid. Essentially, it would be useful to remember that it is possible for an intelligent person to have a different political opinion from ourselves.
Well, as an American, happy to say that depending on one’s situation, voting for Trump was variously stupid or reprehensible. There, those of you from Brighton or Burnley can freely make the same point now

Not a Trump fan personally but prefer a lot of the Republican ideas than the other lot who can’t answer what a women is! Finally there is a fight back against the mental woke nonsense that they just keep pushing further and further.
Mate that just sounds like some drivel you’ve read on Twitter from either a Russian bot or a spotty incel. Can you provide any examples of the ‘mental woke nonsense’ that they (whoever ‘they’ are) are pushing and how they are pushing it?

We only ever seem to hear these petrifying tales of ‘the left’ ‘pushing a woke agenda’, but rarely does anyone explain what that actually means.

You like the ‘Republican ideas’. Do you believe we should be drilling for oil in the attic to reduce gasoline costs?

Yep. Utter bullshit. The man is objectively;
a self confessed sex case
Democratic election denier
Riot inciter (5 dead)
Compulsive liar
(I'm only going to pick out a few, oh hang on, he's a convicted criminal aswell isn't he?)

If saying someone who votes for him is ignorant at best, makes me arrogant, well, I'm ordering a new wing to my ivory tower and hitting Amazon for a champers delivery.

Don't count on it! And yes I do know what the rules are ................................... for NOW.
The system has been set up specifically to prevent the rules changing in these scenarios. You’re not going to get Democrat senators voting in large numbers to allow him to change the rules. It’s simply not happening.
