This looks like a wanted to go transfer.

Which is not good IMO.
Even with my b&w specs on, I can cmpletely understand McConville wanting to go - esp to a club like Norwich. He should get loads of playing time in the Championship, which is a great league....and potentially might get into the EPL, either via a Norwich promotion in a few years, or via a transfer when he has had a couple of good seasons playing against decent Championship opposition. By staying at BHAFC (esp after the Cashin signing) his opportunities were almost certainly going to be limited for the next few years. If I was a young footballer I'd be wanting to play football :)

cant believe people saying the talent is jumping ship to get away from FH. Don't people realise that its an academy-the whole point is to produce footballers and sell them for a profit!- only a few will start at the academy and end up playing for us in the Premier league.
There are BHA Academy players scattered through the EFL and beyond. We have been selling youngsters to the EFL and Europe for years-thats a major part of how the club operates.

The bedwetting on NSC and online is unbelievable with the club in a position that would have been beyond most of our wildest dreams when we were promoted.

WE simply can not expect to be top 5 all the time. WE have had some great progression in the last few years and a season of consolidation while new players and manger bed in was too be expected.

Albion are like one of those container ships at sea, where losing a few containers is expected, due to stormy periods.

Shame but must be a good reason. I should think the Cashin signing made up players mind. He has made great progres and got in Irish squad. Shame would have prefered we sold Webster

Thing is, we probably will sell Webster in the summer. But Ruairi would presumably still be fourth or fifth choice after Van Hecke, Dunk, Igor, and Cashin so you can understand him.

Feels like Fabian has isolated another youngster, who I really thought was going to be Dunky understudy. Especially even when we didn't give him any minutes in the premier league, he got a first cap for Northern Ireland.

Got a few minutes against Norwich in the FA cup, we are short at centre backs as it is. With Igor out injured for the rest of the season, Dunky picks up the odd injury here and there due to his age. Webster is partial to the odd spell out and it only leaves us with JVPH. Something doesn't sit right me with me on this!!!

That’s because we are in the premier league.

Northern Irish team is largely made up of championship and league one players

But then you can also say ROI players are in that same bracket now. Their talent pool isn't as strong as it once was and they haven't got to major tournament in many years, same as Northern Ireland.

There is something very very scary going on in this club at the moment.

It's clear to me that Hurzeler has lost the players and the dressing room and the youngsters all seem to be looking for any way out possible.
I’m sure the youngsters are sensible enough to realise if FH has lost the dressing room he wont be around for long.
