Oh, don't give him ideas! There's still nearly ten hours to go!Jack Hinshelwood won't be happy, that's his best mate gone.

ROI have made significantly more finals in recent years. But then you can also say ROI players are in that same bracket now. Their talent pool isn't as strong as it once was and they haven't got to major tournament in many years, same as Northern Ireland.
How, exactly, is ANYTHING about this situation 'scary'?There is something very very scary going on in this club at the moment.
It's clear to me that Hurzeler has lost the players and the dressing room and the youngsters all seem to be looking for any way out possible.
I doubt it. I've read multiple posters on NSC – who are commenting from a completely uninformed point of view and often nothing more than a hunch – state that he is complete and utter shitehouse. Why ? Surely Van Hecke & Cashin are the future ?
Clearly. There is something very very scary going on in this club at the moment.

And you wonder what was the point? If we are interested in developing the squad why isn't someone else ahead of him, if we see no long term future for him.And I thought McConville was being eased into the first team, with his substitute appearances and being on the bench.
Seems like a marketing trick - play them for few minutes to demonstrate that the player is First Team/PL ready... I wondered the same about Evan, why play him on Saturday if he was already basically out the door. just to put the price up?And you wonder what was the point? Because? What a weird reaction by some in this thread.
How does anyone know how well Cashin will play in the PLWhy ? Surely Van Hecke & Cashin are the future ?
And Bloom and Barber must be in on it as they are contractually allowing it?There is something very very scary going on in this club at the moment.

True but it's more what we were doing that's of concern , was he on the cusp of first team or did we just put him there to sell. If that is the case then who are our development players who will make the grade.Apologies if this has already been said, but a lot being made of the Northern Ireland cap.
With a name like his, I wouldn't be surprised if getting him a competitive cap to tie him down was as much the motivation as anything else.
Let’s be entirely honest though, you’ve not seen much if any of either player, have you?I think I must have a negative frame of mind currently, and even more so after the Forest debacle, but the Cashin vs McConville doesn’t feel progression….
That’s fair…..but….Let’s be entirely honest though, you’ve not seen much if any of either player, have you?
I believe Cashin will 100% be pushing for the first time - but time will tell. He isn’t a U23 signing. That’s fair…..but….
McConville I have (U21s), Cashin, no, I haven’t…..
but the point remains, unless Cashin is going to be pushing for the first team, jumping from a struggling championship team, with apparently no other suitors in terms of the transfer, it doesn’t feel like progression.
But is he an improvement on a younger full international?I believe Cashin will 100% be pushing for the first time - but time will tell. He isn’t a U23 signing.
