8th - 115 kg
15th - 113.2 kg
Still going down but rate slowing. 1.8kg (4 lb) this week.

Thanks and yes mate. Swimming twice (40 mins per session) this week, walking (10k steps pretty much every day) and also no late night snacking.Are you exercising a fair bit? I find the body can go into a metabolism shutdown, preserving what it has, if you just cut out the unhealthy intake and take it easy.
