1st November - 13st 7 (moved to 13st 5 due to different scales)
8th November - 13st 2 - 3lbs lost
15th November- 13st 0 - 5lb lost in total

Like @Bozza I checked my weight yesterday and got a 12st 13. So a bowel emptying may well be worth another pound soon!

I always weigh myself after my daily ablutions, and before I have breakfast. My scales go on the X Factor spot on the bedroom floor (well, actually a knot hole in the wood) so I weigh myself in the same spot every day...!

I’m a pretty regular first-thing-in-the-morning kinda guy.

Except today, obviously. Which I knew wasn’t going to help me.

In fact I’ve still not been. What the hell is going on?

Are you exercising a fair bit? I find the body can go into a metabolism shutdown, preserving what it has, if you just cut out the unhealthy intake and take it easy.

I think just cutting out the crap should work fine. It's usually a large calorie deficit that slows your metabolism too much. Also, making sure to eat a fair quantity of protein helps your metabolic rate.
