Yes it is different. The club’s usual line also includes “if the time is right”. From Naylor’s post it seems the time is right, so if a club comes up with the right money he’ll most likely leave.But genuine question, how is this:

different to anything TB and PB have always said?
Whenever PB has done podcasts he has repeatedly trotted out the same line in general when talking about selling players/big clubs swooping in and says the Club’s policy has always been to be open to selling players if the price is right and the player wants to leave.
We don’t know that Evan has said he wants to leave and we don’t know the amount that the club would be willing to sell for if he did - there’s a lot of speculation on a paucity of actual information is all.
