Yet the team with him in it continue to be successful, despite these reports of flapping and being a terrible keeper. Currently Brezovan has the best win rate of the three keepers, and concedes on average fewer goals than any of the Albion keepers.

Of the three we've got, he has he bet stats, and the te team with him in it performs better than without him.

I'd rather have a keeper that flaps, can't kick and doesn't speak, but turns us into a team that can get results and climb out of the relegation zone, than one who gets sent off or who lets the ball pass right trough him and turns the team into a downwardly mobile one.

Bollocks. Brezovan had nothing to do with Murray scoring 4, he had everything to do with us conceeding 2. You can't say that him conceeding the 2 helped us win the match, that's pathetic. He has nothing to do with it, and the stats are misleading considering he's played much less than Michel has done.

Kuipers back for Torquay and then keep the place for the rest of the season, and then we'll have no more of this relegation talk. We don't need to take a chance on Brezovan, we have a #1 back fit and ready to resume his rightful place between the sticks. Thanks for covering, Brez, but our goalkeeper is back now.

I wasn't there but I'm fairly sure I heard the commentary say that one of our goals started with a punch out by Brezovan.

Well, there is the punch that led to one of our goals.

There's also a question of what the half time team talk would have been if it was 1-1 "Just keep plugging away boys" wouldn't be as successful, would it?

There's also the idea that this is a team game, and when Brezovan is part of the team we have been more successful, whether it's because he brings something positive to the team, or the team feel they have to put that extra effort in isn't relevant to me, what is relevant is the results, which we are currently getting at a more frequent rate.

we won so he couldnt start his usual threads slagging off generally decent players and drinking is his only other solice

alternatively, I could be using a dodgy keyboard, but let's not let that get in the way of an opportunity to make a poor attempt at slagging me off.

Having said, that, I did have a few drinks to numb the pain of watching the Albion

2nd really was a cut above 'goalkeeping error'. A clanger of the highest order, fine he made a mistake but he wasn't amazing in the rest of the match. Please bring back Kuipers.

Rubbish, him being in goal has literally nothing to do with Glenn Murray scoring at the other end. I firmly doubt he puched it all the way up field for us to score, I think you're doing a few other players a great disservice by forgetting their contribution. The only difference today to the last few games is that the mistakes lead to goals, usually he gets away with them. How many examples would you need before you start listening? If you're going to pretend to be blind to his short comings as a goalkeeper and convince yourself he's something he's actually not, then you are (eventually) going to be rudely awoken.

Also, WW, you deserve every bit of personal criticism you get because you add literally nothing to the majority of threads on here involving people sharing opinions about the game/players/whatever. You just wade in with some pathetic and unneccessary personal insults which is just pathetic. You're hiding behind a computer screen. Try getting involved in some actual discussions and cut out the personal criticisms, people might not agree with you but atleast you won't feel the need to keep hitting out. Possibly.

So where do you propose I have these discussions then cleverclogs?

Henderson's was a stuttered dribble, then a slip, lost possession allowing forward to score from a tight angle.

Unchallenged Brezovan dropped a simple catch on the goal line allowing an oncoming forward a simple tap in.

It looked as though Brezovan dropped it on purpose, but had not seen the striker coming in for it as he was gazing upwards. A mistake he probably won't be making again.

Strange that none of our players thought to chase back.

How long was the delay between drop and goal? I.e was the forward right next to him? I really need to see this goal, lol. But I still have faith in whoever Poyet picks in goal (as long as it's not Smith!).
