Embarrassing. Forget the fish stock, we’re a bloody laughing stock.

A government that can award multi-million pound contracts without tender or qualifications to their mates down the pub. It’s truly shocking what is going on. We’re all a bit partisan in our own way, but I can’t really understand anyone who can stomach what this government are doing.

When random people here, ask me what I think of Brexit, when they realise I'm English, they tend to be laughing when they ask

Seeing as your apparently so well up on tech, I use Tapatalk and don’t have this facility of thumbs that you so eagerly talk about, do you know where I could get them?

Oh and now that you’ve probably sobered up any chance you can decide wether or not you know wether the mods can confirm multiple accounts or not so that we can confirm this bet, you stormed off last calling me a wanker which was very unlike you, you are usually the modicum of calm on the Brexit thread? [emoji6]

I believe that on a post to JCFG that I knew he wouldn't answer, I predicted that 'he' wouldn't answer and that 'you' would leap in and answer on 'his behalf' and then, 30 seconds later 'you' leapt in and answered on 'his behalf'

That seemed to trigger 'a few' of the regular posters with 'JCFG' then quoting 'you' and 'you' quoting 'him', whilst 'POTG' started giving posts thumbs up, so at that point I said that 'since you seemed to be keeping yourself entertained' I would go and do something more interesting and gave you a little wave It's all here

I really don't think I have been helping your issue by responding to your various desperate attempts to get attention so unless, unlikely though it may be, you actually contribute anything to this Brexit discussion under one of your guises, I'll give your various posts a miss for now thanks.

Take care (and do try to get out a bit more and not spend every waking hour on here) :bigwave:

The only reason you knew I’d jump in sausage was because by your own admission you monitor people’s activity and spotted I was viewing this thread , which was the edit you executed [emoji23]

Anyway up for the bet? Or have you u turned again and think I can hide IP addresses [emoji6] Its like a song for Europe (no pun intended) Its making your mind up [emoji6][emoji6][emoji6]

forget the silly tabloid headlines, the EU boats might be concerned they'll be fishing UK water illegally as things stand. its a sticky wicket, they cant fish and high tariffs means fish we catch will soar in price there.

It all depends on what limit the UK government sets, lots of rules and regs over territorial limits and contiguous zones but there is still a huge area legally fishable for EU boats around the UK. The biggest stumbling block will be quotas and TAC limits, will the UK remain part of the organisation that agrees and polices these or go rogue and ignore any quota or TAC ..... we shall see. We have destroyed our own stocks of Cod, Herring and Pilchard over the years.

No need to worry about me. I've protected myself from the damage to the country that you are complicit in, plus I understand why they are laughing. Thanks for your expected 'witty' response

Handle you :lolol:

Have you misinterpreted what a forum is? If you are unable to discuss serious issues that the country faces, and instead, pollute it with idiotic comments to soothe your embarrassment, why bother even posting?

PS.... Its OK EVERYBODY understands why.
You're desperate to avoid answering questions about things you understand but embarrassed to do so.

Sadly, it's not a bullshit story. It is a FREQUENT story. Take me to task? Go for it. You can also list the positives and negatives of Brexit. A question you have been very keen to avoid despite multiple requests

There aren’t many short term benefits of Brexit, only a fool would think there would be, but like any divorce, once we’ve got over the major issues of separation things will look much better, I’ve said this many times before David [emoji6]

Good, so the long term benefits of leaving the largest trading block on earth are?

PS.. The pound lost value pretty much after the referendum, and that was when a deal was expected. Its falling again.

Its shameful and shameless. This government is made up of the leading politicians (and advisors) behind Brexit, for what, two years. And what have we had since then, nothing but incompetence. Their handling of covid is there for all to see, the hypocrisy, the incompetence, the lies and it goes on and on. They can’t hide from their shambolic performance, the deaths and the economy are there for all to see. Brexit is less transparent to many, but its the same, these people aren't very good, actually its worse, they are really incapable. Those who voted Brexit and still believe in this lot are deluded and are part of the problem

I think this article fairly describes why the UK economy needs a reboot [emoji106]

https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp....s-chance-to-fix-uk-economy-long-term-problems

PS, stop PSing, [emoji106]

Interesting article that contains many 'could's' and 'maybe' s' which don't really add up to the certain self harm we are imposing on ourselves.

When does the 'long term' kick in, or do younger people heading out into the world just have to suck it up when considering their future?

I've seen similer to this reported elsewhere. If true, well it explains a lot, and will confirm what many think of the idiot in No. 10
