Its shameful and shameless. This government is made up of the leading politicians (and advisors) behind Brexit, for what, two years. And what have we had since then, nothing but incompetence. Their handling of covid is there for all to see, the hypocrisy, the incompetence, the lies and it goes on and on. They can’t hide from their shambolic performance, the deaths and the economy are there for all to see. Brexit is less transparent to many, but its the same, these people aren't very good, actually its worse, they are really incapable. Those who voted Brexit and still believe in this lot are deluded and are part of the problem

What's it like to be in the minority then

Bloody Worthing!
I've seen similer to this reported elsewhere. If true, well it explains a lot, and will confirm what many think of the idiot in No. 10

Thatcher used to use the phrase 'batting for Britain' - and she was pretty good at it. Johnson is just embarrassing: what you see (fat, unkempt slob) is what you get. If as is sometimes said, a nation gets the politicians it deserves, then we must have sinned in a former life.,

After seeing that people started phoning the police because KFC had run out of chIcken, I started to realise I would probably not be returning to the UK anytime soon.

its a pretty good summary, government pursuing a policy they dont really want to, but dont know what else to do.

This government knows exactly what it is doing. Hedge fund holders have billions riding on a No Deal.
Johnson’s sister admitted as much last year.

The Tories got rid of any soft line MPs like Grieve before the election, and only allowed those who more or less made the MPs vote for whatever the Cabinet tell them to.

Get out of your sad little bubble and smell the coffee ,we left the EU nearly a year ago we don't need to be bullied by the EU, we've signed nearly 200 billion pounds worth of trade deals around the world in that time , get over your little dream and move on

We are being “bullied” by the EU, get used to it. Our government with either declare victory on a deal this month when in fact they have been done like a kipper, or they’ll sign one in 2021, which’ll be a loads of old pollocks.

Still, good to see we've reached the "send in our navy against our oldest allies" stage of Brexit...

A Brexit that is in the national interest would be (more like) taking back control. A country smashing the vice like grip the billionaires have on the media and fair elections, that would be taking back control, control to the people NOT a small wealthy few
