    Point of clarification

The duchess, while sipping her tea, enquired "Do you fart when you pee?" I replied, with some wit, "Do you belch when you shit?" I think that was one up to me.

How much is the Referendum Campaign influencing you?

I'm sorry, but paying out on the different needs of individuals is PRECISELY the principle that the NHS works to.

How much is the Referendum Campaign influencing you?

... and, more to the point ... playing around with average numbers (whether these represent earnings or the average funded needs of all individuals in society) ignores the fact that different people have different levels of need. We're in danger of deluding ourselves that there are simple...

How much is the Referendum Campaign influencing you?

I thought that was the key point I was making (and being criticised for).

How much is the Referendum Campaign influencing you?

I assume that comparable population growth figures are required in all other major economies. If we need 303 million people by the end of the century, so too will Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc etc. The problem then becomes different (and simpler) ... there aren't enough people in the world.

Several points ... I continue to work, even though I have passed state retirement age. The only time I have ever played golf regularly (on a municipal golf course, not a private members' club) was when I was 18 years old. "Relying on the state" is more than just receiving benefits. I rely on...

How much is the Referendum Campaign influencing you?

As an older voter, I'll express the view that I want to be kept comfortable in my old age, and I'm hoping that young people will be paying for this. My best interests seem to be served by siding with younger people in this referendum. If they want to remain in the EU, that's good enough for me.

How much is the Referendum Campaign influencing you?

On the subject of borders ... has anyone noticed the concern that is being expressed in Gibraltar about the threat to the open border with Spain that Brexit poses? I don't know if there is a real prospect of the Spanish government taking up the opportunity to create a real, well enforced...

The Chief Executive of Brighton and Hove City Council is Geoff Raw. By profession, he is a town planner, but he has previous experience in housing, having been Head of Housing at the City Council and, before that, Assistant Director of Investment at the Housing Corporation and National Housing...

Tottenham to play at Wembley (2016/17) Champions League

KF Feronikeli, from Glogovac, play in a stadium with a capacity of 6,000. Me neither. They come from Kosovo and have qualified for next season's Champions League.

    Electrical question (while it's quiet)

There must be a whole generation (possibly two generations) of people who have NEVER changed a plug. Is this skill no longer taught in schools?

    Best music festival attended.

Isle of Wight, 1970. An incredible line-up and one of the main reasons I'm happy today to be an old man.

How much is the Referendum Campaign influencing you?

Thanks, Bozza. I did think of adding further options to each of the nine I included:- ... and I want Boris to be prime minister ... and I want Gideon to be prime minister ... can't we have Theresa May, if only for her shoes?
