Provision of a wheelchair space on buses is a legal requirement defined in Accessibilty Regulations that I was involved in drafting. There is no legal requirement to provide pushchair or shopping trolley spaces.

People just need to get used to the idea that football belongs to the TV companies. They are stumping up a lot of cash and are entitled to have the Clubs meet their requirements. How much would it cost to employ a few stewards to direct spectators into the seats that matter? Hardly anything.
