[Politics] Is a Photo ID requirement for Voting a Good Idea?

Here in Estonia and most of Europe there have been ID cards for years. Not an issue at all. We also use a system called smart id for signing documents digitally.

[Albion] Solly March, local lad and Premier League star, is f***ing brilliant

I still remember when he first broke into the team as a youngster. He was the most exciting young home grown talent we'd had in ages. Then he he got the bad injury and was out for a really long time. Got a great ovation when he made his first appearance after that. He's always given 100% but...

[Travel] Mainland Europe gripped by a heatwave

Ah! You are just across the sea from me. I live in Viti, a small village 20km west of Tallinn. Similar to you we are expecting very cold temperatures later in the week. Maybe even minus 20c.

[Politics] BOJO still raking it in

https://linksharing.samsungcloud.com/hguUSOPHw7Jf I see Boris has made £1m making speeches abroad since he stopped being PM earlier this year. I was under the impression he is paid to be an MP still and attend the house of commons (this is his job). Can't be right surely

[Misc] Black Friday - what are you hoping to get for an absolute bargain

Most electrical and tech items are older models. The retailers use black Friday to clear this stock to make room for the latest items. It's still fine for the consumer if you are happy with what you are buying

[TV] Johnny from Place in the Sun terminally ill .

Terribly sad for him and his family. Always comes across as a genuinely nice bloke

    [Football] Cristiano Ronaldo

Totally selfish attitude. Thinks he bigger and more important than anyone else and even the club. United would do well to get rid of him, must be a terrible influence around the club. The funny thing is they have done a lot better since he's been left out regularly

[Football] Nathan Jones **Joins Charlton 04/02/2023**

I always liked him as a player for us. I especially remember he had a great game in the play off final vs Bristol City at the millennium stadium
