I was even like this during the World Cup. I wasn't supporting England or watching their games. I was supporting our Albion players and their teams :-)
I used to be a STH in WSU until I retired abroad. I had a ticket to go to the original Palace game but as we know that was postponed. I had a ticket for what should have been tonight's game but the date was moved (I am sitting on the plane right now waiting to leave Tallinn) so I couldn't go...
Ref is a real homer. Shouldn't have been a pen. Second goal Haaland fouled the keeper and left him on the ground just before. Ederson possible red card not given and sock boy blatant dive goes unpunished. I am sure the Leipzig coach will be furious
They really don't live in the real world do they! They are talking about this will get people back to work. But with pension pots this size you are basically a millionaire. It's not ordinary people at all!
I think the Manchester teams will face each other in the semi. We will get past Grimsby and face one of the Championship clubs in the semi. It's a massive opportunity for us this year
For Man UTD point of view, getting shot of Ronaldo made all the difference. He must have been such a bad apple in the dressing room. Credit to Ten Hag, it took balls to do that. RBZ would be proud (big balls)
Is the Brentford game definitely on?
Because I should have been flying over for the Palace game but now it's a day before my flight due to strikes.
I don't want to arrange flights again and have the same problem
My BMW was stolen off my drive when we were burgled a few years ago. About 6 weeks later I started getting parking tickets for it. It had been left in Kensington. Unfortunately I'd already sent the spare key and docs to the insurance company by then and they had paid out. (Fairly) A shame...
FFS. This is the second time this has happened to me. Booked match ticket and flight the other day. I used to be a STH before I emigrated. At this rate I won't be getting to a single match this season 😒
I have worn this watch almost every day since June 2003.
It was a gift from my late father and engraved on the back. I have had the glass replaced a few times as it does get scratched. But it still keeps perfect time.
