26 minutes will do. I've never done the 'hawk Parkrun as pre covid Arena did a 5 local Parkrun challenge and if you got a PB you gained extra league points. Nice and easy as you say but not sure about my Xmas dip.
You can do it 100 pages at a time and bear in mind Boris had a friend/donor behind the Cheltenham Festival and Carrie had a planned baby whatever you call them party the day before the lockdown was called in mid March.
No way Boris would stop them from going ahead.
For me it's been a great year that could have been excellent. Only 300 miles was the lowest tally for years but all ran at a faster pace than usual. I started to hit form in May, injured my calf, worked it for 3 months and injured the achilles on the other leg on the return in August. Oldest...
Is this a look at me thread?
I was brought up in a Hoogstraaren house and witnessed how taking the pi** out of sitting tenants made him millions. You can imagine how my Mum and Dad felt when he would park his Rolls Royce in Brunswick Road and swagger up to the front door for a "look" at his...
At least we won't be going to the MCG 3-0 down this time round.
Now my optimism is telling me that we'll fight back at the MCG and SCG. 2-2 going into the 5th Test in Hobart. :smokin:

Just had a 2 mile run. 100% painless on the achilles. Got up to a 7:20 pace for short periods. Zilch stamina but a starting point.
Followed closely by Mark Wood's beamer to Travis Head. If it had been Warner it would have swung it to Wood.
On a brighter note yesterday Sky Bet allowed me to cash out my full £300 stake on an England Series win at 10-1. Computer error on their side but I gleefully took it back.
:falmer:
That’s French innit? Je think so.
Wondered why I had no recent offers on Dad-in-Laws ticket. Shame as I now no longer have to sweat on looking like an OAP. (Yes I know they helped me in last time).
I had a Grade II double fronted Georgian house in London. Best house I’ve ever had. Far superior to my previous house in Osborne Villas, Hove. The Grade II cost £60,000 in 1996 but luckily sold at £260,000 in 2003 before it sucked me dry! It’s now worth a million and building up the rear would...
