Jesus where have you been for 5 years? Hilary is long gone.
Your vision of Democracy differs wildly to Trump’s, Farage’s and Patel’s. Move to somewhere you like.😁
Good running start to 2022 for NSC with Bozza leading the way in the dark. Good to see an immediate 80% AG from the old boy.
I had a run out on the Prom and after a chatty first half with a ligament watching Ninja pushed on a little for a 23:45. Enjoyed chasing down 10 runners on the run in...
Next year unfortunately. He has just sorted his dodgy tax evasion from about 10 years ago with HRMC and the ground is now clear according to Private Eye.
Better than the Ashes for viewing times with the bonus that we won’t be thrashed. At a guess I’d say the meridian line goes from Telscombe Cliffs to South Africa.

PG's daughter ran a good race today and gave him a good beating.
Before my dip in the sea I realised that this year I have done 5 course PBs from 6 Parkruns this year.
Most were virgin runs except Worthing where an old git pushed this old git to a PB.
Season's Greetings.
Had a good run at East Brighton today. 20% unfit gave me a 25:31 finish. Nice slippy course and Parkrun team.
Took it on the side of easy but failed to catch Chris Naylor on the run in so sat back as in a big empty gap. Losing to her meant two over 65's beat me as Paul...
