Suicide. Unless he's been popping pills which will be genius until he's tested! So not very genius at all really!
No.
Box Hill is all of Gilbert's dreams rolled into one.
It's HIS manor.

The sprint for home, is too long, too flat.

Beautiful by GB.
Keeping that bunch just in front blocking the road.

So as I understand it then, this Gilbert bloke who has gone clear is a hill specialist but not as quick as others on the flat/sprint, so he's made a break for it, but the others, including Cavendish, are expected to catch him?

Yeah.
If Gilbert had company he'd be better off.

Without it, he's just death or glory.

Cav, Sagan, Griepel and Farrar.

Probably in that order, but the only banker would be Farrar 4th.

Don't know why Boardman is bigging up Cancellara.

He'll have to be looking at the time trial on Wednesday.

He's not a sprinter and would have to 'go' between 3 & 5 kms.

You would have thought with Britain's sense of fair play, the finish would be at the top of Ben Nevis.

The French will f*** us over in the tour de France soon enough though. They'll make a load of stages hills!

The French LOVE Cav, L'Equipe voted him the best ever sprinter.
He's clean as a whistle, he'll always have multiple chances, they will make sure of it.
