No Player here, but I could listen to Stuart Hall all day on BBC World, he's at Burnley today. They should give him the full 90 minute commentary game, fooking brilliant

Why's it not working in afghanistan and why are you there?

and the manager is responsable, for instructing the players and makeing sure players think about there actions on the pitch.Otherwise why do we need a manager if players are responsable for themselves.

So, you think Slade told the players to lose heir heads and lunge in unnecessarily with high feet, studs showing, when their player is not in an area of danger?

Don't be ridiculous. There are things that happen on the pitch that are the responsibility of the manager, players recklessly lunging in is not one of them.

I would doubt that Slade instructs his players to be sent off. Once the player crosses the white line the manager has little influence on what a player does, they are humans not robots. The players need to be responsible for their actons.

So you think 5 reds in 9 games has nothing what so ever to do with the manager, who picks the team and gives the team talk before the game and all the preparation, the days leading up to the match.Interesting, if the players are not listening to the manager then we had better get one they will listen to!

....and as we don't appear to have made a substitution, can anybody tell me who is currently making up our back four?

Then maybe it's time the manager stopped playing the players who appear to be too thick to avoid red cards?
Well, he hasn't played virgo or hawkins since their red cards. Who got the other two?

Oh yeah, Kuipers, whose replacement shipped goals galore, and tommy elphick who was one of the few fit defenders we have.

thats because virgo is suspended and hawkins is 4th choice centre half, virgo will be back in when avalible.

Only because El Abd is now suspended and we have a shortage of on-form, fit, available defenders.

If we had more fit capable defenders, you don't know if Slade would have kept him out as punishment and an example to the rest of the squad.

It's not like slade has had a lot of options.
