How is it a myth? He loves to talk about what a brilliant Liverpool side he was in, when does he ever mention playing Div 2 with Brighton or Div 4 with Preston?

Well to be fair the old sparring days when it was Ferguson v Wenger, Ferguson v Benitez, Ferguson v Keegan, Ferguson v Mourinho were all classic moments. And as much as I hate ManUre the guy always won the pyschological battles!
