we won so 10s for all. special mentions to the dunk and greer combination (dunk looks a better player than elphic and el-abd) CMS for his immense graft, bridcutt who bossed the second half, and Gus' substitutions which worked a treat. plus of course noone and buckley. can't wait til tuesday night!
stick it in that huge Sainsbury's car park which is right by the back entrance to the station - they'll never know. or just go in and buy something when you leave just in case. or there's an industrial estate behind there, so surely those roads won't be permit parking on weekends
we're just confident - don't forget we've all waited a long long time for this. i don't think anybody is belittling donny, certainly there's no animosity. glad we're playing you, should be a crackin match against two good passing sides... and i for one will be attempting to enter the away end...
sweet jesus this is like the various travel threads... do these people never normally leave the house!
of course the smartcards can be used by whoever the hell has them in their mitts at 3pm on a saturday. and if you need replacements issued then just ask the club. and on the subject of people...
train from London Road arriving at the ground pretty early. will be getting there early all season i reckon, as, well, it's just lovely being there isn't it!
hanging around for a pint or two after. would do this even if i lived round the corner... what a complete treat to be able to wander into...
or just phone the ticket office... they can create fan numbers for each person but that doesn't really mean anything... just use the same address for each person and the computer will allocate the new fan numbers without you even having to know them (the fan numbers).
i was sort of hoping the...
dunk, greer and bridcutt 10 out of 10.
everybody else gets a 9 (except brezovan who gets a 2)
stadium - 11 out of 10
transport system - 10 out of 10
beer - 10 out of 10 (supping a pint at a home match... after all these years!)
North Stand Kollective - 10 out of 10 (well done lads for sticking...
it's a fans bar and so therefore should be packed to rafters each week with boozy singing seagulls. correct?
i have a kid... albeit too young for the football... but i can't image my child would particularly enjoy a packed pub atmosphere. can't image i would want to take a child to the fan's...
what an odd little tale! did you rent somebody's drive especially for the football? the club are running park and ride sites so you could, erm, park there. or park your car on the street like the rest of the world and then catch a train.
pipe down fat boy. i've watched him loads. he's crap. not sure how me thinking he's rubbish at football makes me spiteful vindictive or nasty but there you go.
awesome player. Blackburn fans rave about him. was held back in preference for big money forwards there, but when he played he scored and looked the part.
you should try climbing down from that high horse of yours from time to time. don't really care what other posters think about my comments, to be honest. just offering my views on fat-nav's potential new contract.
genuinely amazed that people seem to think fat-nav is in the same league as bridcutt or dicker. he offers none of bridcutt's defensive strength and none of dicker's playmaking magic.
i can't seem him playing next year at all other than perhaps the league cup games when gus plays the reserves.
