I was pleased that he came to speak. But I thought he (and Councillor Jenny B-L) were both bandwagon-jumping just a little bit. Would a Tory secretary of state have overruled two planning inspectors? Would he bollocks.

People who attend party political conferences are generally complete geeks. Especially Lib Dems. Did you know that the Liberal Democrats were having a "best Lib Dem blog" competition? All six bloggers on the shortlist are attending (and blogging from) Brighton. They are all honest-to-goodness...
