As I said, I agree I don't think her logic was quite right there and she hadn't grasped the concept. But if they had offered a small sum then they would have walked away with the profit instead.
If that was the scrap metal round then she may have gone about it in the wrong way, but if they had offered some cash for the scrap desks etc then they would have won the contract and made more money. The other team who did win that particular contact offered to do the work for free and...
Don't blame Twitter. You need to use your common sense to work out if something is likely to be true or not, same as on here. Take everything with a pinch of salt and try not to get so worked up about it :smile:
I do find it a bit odd when we take the piss about Palace going on training camps to Exeter and not spending millions on players, despite criticising them for spending above their means and going into admin. They should be congratulated for finally realising their true level
