This for me too. People leave a minute or two early anyway as for some it can make the difference of getting home by 11pm, or 2am. Add that to the fact Glenn Murray had just scored, we had lost 1-3 to Palace and faced with the realism of trouble and a lot of lair from the Palace fans at the...

Poyet says it's between Cook or Vincelot to play centre back on Saturday. And that Vincelot is most comfortable at centre back.
I am undecided about Painter or Vincelot left back. Have sided with keeping Painter because he is left footed and it keeps it balanced. Vincelot apparently told Gus in the summer that his preferred position is centre back and not full back.
Poyet has said that he doesn't put players (referring to Cook in this case) on the bench if they are not ready as they may end up playing 85 minutes. I realise Vicente is a bit of an anomaly to this but if what Gus says is true, then Hoskins is ready.
Rated Williams higher than Zaha myself. Thought we'd dealt with him pretty well until we let him waltz across the pitch and shoot freely into the corner of the goal. Williams was a constant menace though and at that age he has a great future. Shame he's Welsh!!
Scannell looked poor to me but...
Never trusted possession stats on the BBC. They seem to make them up as we absolutely battered some teams last year and kept the ball for fun, yet BBC would say we only had 48% or something. Not denying you had the lions share in the second half mind, just that the BBC can't be trusted!
I am getting rather fed up with people moaning about fans being JCL's or plastics. They've paid money to support the Albion and stop the ground being half empty if it was "hardcore" only. Stop worrying about everyone else and just get on with cheering the Albion on the best way you see fit.
You don't change your virtually ever present right back in a big game like Tuesday, with an aging (but still very good) player who you know you will have to substitute in the scond half. Maybe Calde was getting too big for his boots and Gus held him somewhat accountable for the Leeds goals conceded?
Of course I am still gutted by it, but a quick look at the league table and that we're 4 points ahead of them and only 2 points off the top really helps. Solely looking at the Ipswich game now, can't wait
Harley did play a great pass back to Dicker who then passed it into CMS to score the opener. It may look a simple pass but he executed it perfectly.
I still believe Harley will be a great player for us, he's got the ability to open up a defence and probably our best short passer of the ball...
I don't think anyone is being too serious about it!
I have asked Sky to check it out for me on their latest computer software wizardry used on Monday Night Football and they have returned the following:
Close, but just onside I reckon
To be honest I have seen a lot more postive comments about the stadium and the atmosphere from Palace fans than I ever thought we'd get.
So (most) Brighton fans are taking defeat on the chin and acknowledging the better team on the night won, and Palace fans are being complimentary about the...
