Anyone with an foreign call centre. They clearly value saving a few quid over the needs of their customers. HATE IT.
This, BT are the worst for customer services, when I was having problems, you get put through to a call centre in India, after about the eighth call, I started to get the hump with not be understood, so asked to speak to someone who spoke English as their first language and they put me through to a Glaswegian.BT can be shocking at times. If you can get through.
