yes u did.

...but anyways the deciding factor is that Leon is a west London boy and some of his family support QPR, it's really as simple as that to me. I reckon both offers will be similar.

Dwayne. :censored: show me where I said I had inside info. I said no such thing.

He'll sign for us though IMO. He looks Coppell, the players, the style of football and the fans.

Typical.

QPR website bang up to date confirms they are in talks with Knight.

Our website has absolutely sod all about it and only contains match details from last night.

I feel physically sick. If Knight goes to QPR, there is no way we will get promotion and thats not being pessimistic, it's a fact, we need a pacy frontman who can score goals.

Is Knight still with us?

And when , if at all, will he be signing permanently? Sun says Coppell wants it done very quick.
We cant lose him if we want to go up.

He seems pretty happy here, and I really hope Coppel has convinced him. I think we'll match the offer - I didn't think QPR had a pot to piss in?

QPR pros
His Dad is a HUGE QPR fan and wants his son to play for QPR and will bring sufficient pressure to bear

He was at the QPR training ground on Friday and had talks with Holloway this morning (when he should have been training)

QPR chase Chelsea striker

Queens Park Rangers have launched a bid to sign Chelsea's highly-rated striker Leon Knight.
The 20-year-old had a loan spell at Loftus Road in 2001 and is currently on loan at Brighton, who have also made him an offer.

Both Second Division clubs have agreed a deal with Chelsea for his permanent signing and a decision now rests with the player.

Knight held talks with QPR manager Ian Holloway on Tuesday morning and is now considering his future.

He scored both goals as Brighton beat an understrength QPR side 2-1 at the Withdean Stadium on Monday.

But Rangers' bid to sign him began before then.

Holloway made his move for Knight after selling midfielder Richard Langley to Cardiff last week and had hoped to have him on board by the time his side faced Steve Coppell's men.

Knight was once tipped as a future replacement for Gianfranco Zola at Chelsea.

But he has been unable to establish himself in the first-team at Stamford Bridge, and as well as his spells with Rangers and Brighton, he has been loaned to Huddersfield and Sheffield Wednesday.

i think i'll go with the BBC's version rather than dwayne's!

Lets face it, if your after any new job it helps to have a couple of offers on the table, so you can play one off against the other.

I think thats whats going on here, but I cant tell who's going to lose ...:shootself

Message from a QPR fan on there
And if he does chose to sign for Brighton, he will be a super hero at the club (more than he would be if he signed for us)

Are you reading Knight!? They won't appreciate you!!!
