Brilliant news. I can go back to playing sport at the weekends again instead of it being ruined by snow. Not to mention have my bins collected regularly and not have to worry about the nightmare of getting trains to work.

Hope you are now enjoying the alternative weather pattern to a S E English winter. Driving rain, gales, dark all day and high bone-chilling humidity.

My football playing mates and colleagues are receiving Sat and Sun texts that their games are off, due to sodden pitches. Enjoy.

Bins not collected? What a catastrophe,

A couple of days off work every 2 years or so due to snow. That must have brought your serious world crashing down.

I heard Gus really wanted him, but when he suggested to Paul Barber about going Dutch, he was having no of it.

Cold week coming up, with a small chance of seeing some snow.

Either I've not been paying attention or the forecast has changed very recently, but I notice there's a bit of snow forecast for tomorrow and beyond. Mainly in the west but then a bit for all according to metcheck...

I'm right on the edge of this weather warning in the next day or so. However im visiting family in RH12 (Horsham) later this week and there's potential for snow later this week down there according to a couple of sites although it seems to change by the hour!
