That is all sounding really tangled to me with any suggestion that Europe and the UK, with troops if necessary, should continue in 'ensuring' Ukraine win it's war with Russia.

If the US support Russia, I can't see them being forced into a losing position. If Trump finally realises that a trade war with his allies, and supporting Russia is not good for America, and he changes course, then Russia can be forced to lose by the continued support of Ukraine. NOT with Europe or the UK sending troops (not sure where you got that from).

Thanks, think I see a little clearer where you are coming from and how you think it might progress 👍🏻

When Zelensky asks this question:

'I have a question that no one can honestly answer for me. When the United States sells arms to Israel, Qatar, the Emirates, Saudi Arabia, do they ask them for a 100% surcharge?',

I really hope that:

1. The attempted economic rape of Ukraine by Trump is beginning to backfire
2. it opens up a can of worms regarding the pricing of US weaponry for arms buyers in the nations mentioned and other customers.

My feeling is that Trump will do to Starmer (and Macron) what he’s just done to Duda of Poland - turn up an hour late and then give them 10 minutes.

I saw that 😅
Surely just a cheap publicity stunt to show how popular he is.
I don't think Starmer or Macron will be taken in quite so easily.... but you never know he'll likely embarrass them with something.

“…we got 84% of the Polish people that voted for us…”

”We”? ”Us”?

It’s a power play, a manipulation. “I’m stronger, better and more important than you”.

The bully’s playbook again.

'Ukraine is a threat to Russians'.

Another member of the Trump administration earns his twenty pieces of silver.

Well, if the Russians stop their invasion of Ukraine, and go home, they won't be a threat, will they?

Do the Americans have the equivalent of the Conservative party's 1922 Committee, who can ditch a useless Prime Minister, like Liz Truss?

They must have a mechanism to ease a President out of office and into the Shady Pines Rest Home, surely?

Yes they do. We need something like 20 republicans to do the right thing.
