Brighton factually.....
With the Statements Trump has been making about other sovereign states that he is interested in. Do you think he wants a New World Order with USA and Russia and maybe China carving everything up?
if so who would you want to swallow us up ?

Calm down! I assumed you were angry with the actual post, not the fact that it’s a well known truth. Maybe you need a lie down.
no I'm fine, thanks

"Ford and General Motors basically mechanized the German military way before the war."
I think that during a war is a bit different than way before a war (but not totally different).
Oh I see. I guess one difference could be that Russia technically isn’t an enemy of the US?

So Ukraine will get screwed by the USA over lend-lease repayments like we were taking 60 years to pay it back when all other countries were let off.
Yes, but there are some on here who don't accept that view - just insist it will be a good deal for Ukraine (we've had that same argument earlier :))

So you think that if Ukraine get their land back, but have to use some of the resources in that land to pay for the help, that that will be a bad deal for Ukraine? You don't think Ukrainians would be bloody delighted with that deal?

A sobering report from Danish Intelligence. Note that 2029 is four years away, not five.

Which is why it is really worrying that most NATO countries are not massively increasing their defence budgets. It has to be a priority.

Very good as always. At about 31.10 news that Russia is now sending it's wounded to hospitals in North Korea for treatment 👏🏼👏🏼. Warning, this video does contain footage of Trump and Musk speaking...but also lots of good stuff.

Yes, there's lots of good stuff in there.

I'm drawn to Ukrainian drone production topping 2.5 million. That's 6800 every single day.

Elsewhere, from Prof. Gerdes, we learn that General Kellogg's daughter has been doing humanitarian work in Ukraine for the past two years.
We shall see.

Hegseth wants Ukraine to give up Crimea.

Returning to pre-2014 Ukraine borders ‘unrealistic’ and ‘illusory’ goal, US defence secretary says

Continuing his speech, US defence secretary Peter Hegseth calls for “realistic assessment of the battlefield.”

We want a sovereign and prosperous Ukraine. But we must start by recognizing that returning to Ukraine’s pre-2014 borders is an unrealistic objective.

Chasing this illusory goal will only prolong the war and cause more suffering.
