So Ukraine will get screwed by the USA over lend-lease repayments like we were taking 60 years to pay it back when all other countries were let off.

I think that during a war is a bit different than way before a war (but not totally different).

So you think that if Ukraine get their land back, but have to use some of the resources in that land to pay for the help, that that will be a bad deal for Ukraine? You don't think Ukrainians would be bloody delighted with that deal?

Russia is definitely acting as though its heart is not in the peace negotiations.
We should arm ourselves, arm Ukraine and sanction Russia far more than we have done to date.
