Anti climax guys, she was gone before 5.00 pm When I got there.

So I went around to see my parents.

Just to reiterate for those that have not read the whole thread, I was NEVER going to TELL the friend of this AFFAIR, just keep it if he needed later in court for divorce proceedings.

Thanks, CR, I am old fashion and don't want to see this guy screwed over as he is a great father to his kids from what I have heard and seen, not many about like him.The things I do for mates!
I once found out my mates' girlfriend was putting herself about, so I told her one to one to stop now or finish it, fortunately, she picked the right option for both of them. Yes they still both speak to me!

Is that your professional or personal advice?

I take what you say on board, but how the hell would anyone think I am a danger to anyone baffles me if the odd speeding ticket qualifies then I am stuffed!

I get up early every morning I don't like wasting the day. It really is no skin off my nose to put my hand in my pocket to help out decent people when they are in trouble.

This really isn't me I have been happily married for 20 years now.

I am there for him as a friend, he has opened up a lot to me because I felt he wanted to. I have done this many times over the years and spent hours helping mates through their grieving.I might not appear to be caring because I am quite direct, but I know when to empathise with people.
I really don't see it as stalking more supporting, I really am not looking to get in a confrontation with the lover. Just help the victim, is that really so wrong?

Having proof of adultery will not make a single bit of difference in divorce proceedings. Family law doesn’t care who cheated on who. If you’re not intending to tell the bloke, then you really are wasting your time and money on this.

Attention cry desperate for

What do your PI skills make of this mystery ???

Not sure I actually said I was a good PI.

I mean who goes out before 5.00 pm?

Yep it was going to be a DIY job tonight as I had little time to react. Maybe it's time to bring the PI's in.

We need Ernest back.

This.

Imagine if this whole thing was a poorly thought through parody thread based on other users with really big issues asking NSC for help. That'd be shit.

But, on balance, it's a lot more likely that Mouldy's a mental stalker.

This has absolutely nothing to do with you Mouldy. If this is indeed "genuine" and not a load of old cock and bull (excuse the phrase), then you have absolutely no right whatsoever to go sticking your nose into other peoples business, regardless as to whether you think you have some kind of moral right to do so. By all means offer your support to your acquaintance, tell him up straight if you think she might be being rode like Seabiscuit every other weekend. But its not your place to go "undercover" and stalk the woman on his behalf. Its between her and him to sort out.

I'm sure he'd be thrilled to bits to know his private life is now being peddled online by you for everyones amusement. Why not show him the thread, see what he reckons ?

Weird that Mouldy is so invested in another bloke’s marital issues, from the use of emotive words to describe the woman in question, to considering paying for a PI out of his own pocket to get evidence of adultery.

His friend would do well to get a free half-hour consultation with a family law solicitor and have the concept of the U.K.’s no-fault divorce laws explained to him. Sounds like the woman has checked out of the marriage, and her infidelity will make not one bit of difference to the divorce settlement.

This is why marriage is to be avoided, guys!

Having proof of adultery will not make a single bit of difference in divorce proceedings. Family law doesn’t care who cheated on who. If you’re not intending to tell the bloke, then you really are wasting your time and money on this.

Fair enough, I am happy to admit I know nothing about marital law, seems wrong and the law needs changing imo. So does that make it open season for all those ladies to put it about.
The guy told me he wants the kids a minimum of 3 days a week, he would be happy for full custody, can he get that? He said he would have to pay something like £500/month maintenance if the gets them 3 days a week. Does that seem right to anyone???

If she’s already cheated the relationship is done and beyond repair. Just let them get on with it and get your mate to take advice to start proceedings

I understand what you are saying. But I have weighed this up months ago and it's big strength of mine, believe it or not I am a good judge of character.

She is definitely the home breaker.

You have Right behind Boris as your location, not sure you are as good a judge of character as you think, and surprised you find adultery such a big issue, as a fan of his.

I think mental stalker qualifies for slander GB, perhaps you need to take a months rest.

The victim: One of the other dads at kids football
The missus: Pure bitch
The innocent: Kids and husband

Okay so, a man I have known for several years now is basically being kick out of his house, he is in a mess. I am convinced she is screwing someone, apart from her husbands pocket (which she also doing).

It has been brought to my attention she has been staying around her mums every other weekend, yeah right, unfortunately he believes her. I know different as I could see how she was going to have him over, so I found out where her Mum lives and went there 6.00am one Sunday morning and car was not there. No surprise to me.

But she is going out somewhere tonight, I don't know the time but I wanted to follow her to get some proof for him when he is ready to take it.

So the questions are:

1) What can and can't I actually do?
2) What evidence would I need to prove adultery?
3) Can I legal attach a tracker to vehicle?
4) Could she legally stop him from seeing the kids for any reason?

If your friend wishes to blindly believe his wife rather than admit his marriage is falling apart then you could end up just losing a friend. There are thousands of people in relationships that won't leave their partner and will refuse to believe the bad presented to them.

I'd encourage him to phone/visit the in laws at a time when his wife is supposedly there. That way he may discover things for himself

Unfortunately, he thinks he can still win her back at the moment, he is close to rock bottom, he contacts me through text all the time, I will see him at football tomorrow and see how he is doing.

No chance, if she’s done it now she will do it again. Best thing you can do is talk straight to him and tell him to move out and get himself sorted

Try not to mention you were going to stalk his Mrs tonight but decided to knock one out instead. That probably won't help.

*month's

I offer your original post on this thread as evidence for the defence. And all the other shit you post on here.

You should know you can't just call people mental, it's slander.

(section 1(1) Defamation Act 2013).
