Unfortunately, he thinks he can still win her back at the moment, he is close to rock bottom, he contacts me through text all the time, I will see him at football tomorrow and see how he is doing.
Mate while i think many on here will agree your concern for your friend is admirable, do you think that putting someone's marital problems on a football forum for all to pick over, give false information, take the mickey and generally belittle the situation a good idea? Yes you may get some genuine help but the way it comes across would not sit well with your friend i would imagine.
Might be an idea to delete this thread before it turns into an orgy of unlawful advice.???

This has absolutely nothing to do with you Mouldy. If this is indeed "genuine" and not a load of old cock and bull (excuse the phrase), then you have absolutely no right whatsoever to go sticking your nose into other peoples business, regardless as to whether you think you have some kind of moral right to do so. By all means offer your support to your acquaintance, tell him up straight if you think she might be being rode like Seabiscuit every other weekend. But its not your place to go "undercover" and stalk the woman on his behalf. Its between her and him to sort out.

I'm sure he'd be thrilled to bits to know his private life is now being peddled online by you for everyones amusement. Why not show him the thread, see what he reckons ?

This with this lots of jingly things.

If your friend wishes to blindly believe his wife rather than admit his marriage is falling apart then you could end up just losing a friend. There are thousands of people in relationships that won't leave their partner and will refuse to believe the bad presented to them.

I'd encourage him to phone/visit the in laws at a time when his wife is supposedly there. That way he may discover things for himself
This was my first thought but she leaves the kids with him, gives him orders to feed them and get them to bed, so he can't leave them at home because both are under 11. That why I thought I could help him not gets his pants ripped well and truly down. But it appears not.

Could you offer to babysit?

A phone call to the landline asking to speak to the wife about the setting on the oven shouldn't raise too many questions unless she's not there

Not only do you not know the slander laws but you obviously haven't done your coaching badges. There is no legal age for leaving a child alone in this country.

I know what your saying mate, but the person in question has no interest in football apart from his kids. I was looking for someone with experience in this arena, as you know I have not had a marriage split. I have not revealed half of what he has told me. There is enough in there that any human being should wish to do all they ca for them. You know me I don't do stuff by half measures, all in or not at all.

You say that, but is she the type to go out two nights in a row?

The victim: One of the other dads at kids football
The missus: Pure bitch
The innocent: Kids and husband

Okay so, a man I have known for several years now is basically being kick out of his house, he is in a mess. I am convinced she is screwing someone, apart from her husbands pocket (which she also doing).

It has been brought to my attention she has been staying around her mums every other weekend, yeah right, unfortunately he believes her. I know different as I could see how she was going to have him over, so I found out where her Mum lives and went there 6.00am one Sunday morning and car was not there. No surprise to me.

But she is going out somewhere tonight, I don't know the time but I wanted to follow her to get some proof for him when he is ready to take it.

So the questions are:

1) What can and can't I actually do?
2) What evidence would I need to prove adultery?
3) Can I legal attach a tracker to vehicle?
4) Could she legally stop him from seeing the kids for any reason?

Whatever you attempt to do has basically been ****ed up by you starting this thread on the internet.

Fair enough, I am happy to admit I know nothing about marital law, seems wrong and the law needs changing imo. So does that make it open season for all those ladies to put it about.
The guy told me he wants the kids a minimum of 3 days a week, he would be happy for full custody, can he get that? He said he would have to pay something like £500/month maintenance if the gets them 3 days a week. Does that seem right to anyone???

The law was changed in the mid 70s and I don’t think there’s any danger that it’s going to be repealed. We live in a free country and anyone can have sex with anyone else providing it’s between consenting adults. What stops women and men putting it about is being attracted to their partner and their own personal sense of fidelity and loyalty, whether they’re married or not. Why should the law dictate who you should or shouldn’t find attractive?

Maintenance for kids depends on how many there are and the bloke’s annual income, but if she’s having them an extra day per week then yes he’ll have to pay something and £500 per month sounds there or thereabouts for a couple of kids, if not a bit low.
