I'm not saying they take it easily, but they do know that if they do find themselves in that position, they are likely in the whole to get away with it.I think you have a good point there, but clubs do not take administration as easily as you suggest, and HMRC are being far more aggressive in relation to unpaid taxes, so often will oppose a cva scheme.
If they have a threat hanging over them that they will find themselves two divisions lower, clubs might be more careful in how far they are willing to gamble. For exaple, Hull City find themseleves in thir position, and it can be discribed as nothing short of reckless what went on there. If they had the threat of dropping two further divisions, and finding themselve back in the fourth tier, would have have don what they done so readily.
