I'm wondering if Denmark can pull off the first 'shock' of the tournament tomorrow ?

They were pretty impressive in qualifying, and I wouldn't read too much into recent friendly results. Might have a couple of quid on 1-0 Denmark @ 9/1

I'm going to keep my bets monotired now and see how I do over the tournament.

I have £5 on Paraguay winning their group and have now placed a fiver on Holland/Cameroon double tomorrow.

Horam
won a whopping £1.71 with germany winning, so have stuck 6.71 on Italy to win against Paraguay (evens)

Italy to beat Paraguay at 11/10 seems to good to me, but I'm going to leave it alone... I think.

Another poor day of correct score bets for me. :(

Will try again tomorrow.

So far complete failure; 5 matches, 22 bets, every one a loser.

Stick a few quid on Brazil to score three or more against N Korea @ 8/11 to get you kick started

I'll certainly be watching that match as an interested party, but they'll have to score more than three before they start to do me any good.

Coral seem to have this at the moment on their website for number of bookings:

Brazil vs. North Korea
Prices available to 15 Jun 19:30
Selection Odds
46+ 6/4
25-45 13/8
0-24 2/1

I guess its a typo but might try my luck on the 2/1 fewer than 24 bookings!

Had £2 on 0-0 Ivory Coast v Portugal @ 11/ 2  Also had £2 on 1-1 at same price.

Have £2 on each for Brazil 4-0 @ 6/1 and Brazil 5-0 @ 7/1

Didn't bet on New Zealand v Slovakia.

Today is aready a better day than yesterday, and I'm hopeful it will get even better.

Make that six matches, twenty seven bets, twenty seven losers. Come on Brazil, show the rest that the goals are still the same size. Twenty goals scored in thirteen matches is remarkably low; and it can't just be down to altitude and badly designed balls.

I'm not 100%, it could have been for his little argie bargie with that other bloke

And culvers those numbers are to related to points, not bookings (e.g. 1 booking = 10 points). Or something like that anyway.

Thanks you could have saved me a few quid there.

I think Ronaldo was booked for the faceoff with the Ivory Coast guy too - not for the dive
