Make that six matches, twenty seven bets, twenty seven losers. Come on Brazil, show the rest that the goals are still the same size. Twenty goals scored in thirteen matches is remarkably low; and it can't just be down to altitude and badly designed balls.

23 bets on 11 matches, I think ? ( 1 still to play tonight ) - all correct final scores, only 2 winners so far.

Not a great record either, so you're not alone.

Reminds me why I don't generally bet for the rest of the year  :lolol:

I just enjoy adding that little bit of extra interest to each match. Might start adding a few 50p bets on 1st goalscorers too.

A few pennies so far, plenty out of pocket, mainly as i like to bet on corners, goals, cards, etc and so far just less than nothing has actually happened in any of the games.

A few bets on Brazil/Nth Korea, best of which i reckon is a goal inside 10 minutes at 11-4.

Also gone with over 5 corners first half, over 12 overall and over 4.5 goals.

got the draw in the portugal game.

brazil game is "1st goal within 26 mins @ EVENS."

Blimey !, that sounds almost too good to be true.

Who did you get that with and how much have you put on ?

Picked myself out a nice little treble for tomorrow;

CHILE v Honduras.
SPAIN v Switzerland.
South Africa v URUGUAY.

£5 returns £24.

It's now seven matches, thirty two bets, thirty two losers. At least I'll get my invite to the bookie's Christmas Party!

I dunno wether to stick £50 on Uruguay to beat South Africa @ 11/8.

Haven't done a bet that big for a couple of months; do I ? Don't I? Hmm.

I know that was a good game just now and you're all excited that the first part of your treble has come good, but......calm down Dear ! :lolol:

Don't do it.

I'm hoping for either a 2-0 or 3-0 Spain up next.

got excellent odds of 7/1 on England failing to reach the last 16 - £10 on.

So a win, win situation :)

Switzerland £5 each way. Partly due to family loyalty, partly due to the belief that this will be won by someone random. Either way, £5 i won't see again!

It's a long way to the final, but thats a start...:clap2:

Nice! What odds did you get?

200/1. Now slashed to 125. Like I say, its a long shot and won't come in, but I genuinely believe there are 12 teams that could win this tournament, and the first round of games have confirmed what I reckon.
