1/1 82.35kg (13st 0lb)
8/1 80.80kg (12st 10lb)
15/1 81.15kg (12st 11lb)

Disappointed, but not entirely surprised, to have gained weight since last week. But I’m still down 1.2kg from the day 1 weigh-in and down 5.35kg from the beginning of November.

A better effort is required this next week!

I'm also up a few lbs which I'm hoping is a timing thing and disappointing. Nevertheless, the fight goes on.

My progress this week, and since Jan 1st. Happy that the Festive calories are now working their way out!

Finished the last of the Christmas Chocolates and weather has warmed up enough for a couple of bike rides.

Day 1: 14st 9lb
Day 8: 14st 8lb
Day 15: 14st 3lb

These are a big surprise!
Likewise this week for me.

Day 1; 84.1kgs 13st 3lbs

Day 8; 83.4kgs 13st 2lbs

Day 15; 80.9kgs 12st 10lbs

I would normally be a little alarmed at what is between 5 & 6lbs loss, but I have had a few things to cause this.

Firstly, a very heavy cold, where my throat thought it had shards of glass in it , so making it hard to swallow anything too solid, combined with a loss of appetite.

Secondly, I have had no alcohol at all for the last 7 days.

Thirdly, I lost less than I thought I would the previous week., so I suspect it is party due to that.

Am more or less back to being 100% fit this week, so my aim is to continue on my regime and maintain my existing weight for the week. If I achieve that, I will be very happy indeed.

Are you weighing yourself first thing in the morning at near enough the same time each week...?
