Its just that nobody ever notices when players return routinely after an injury or when they return earlier than predicted.
I have to own up to my poor memory here. Maybe because I didn't notice. But, did you? Has this ever happened to us?

The way the last 12 months has gone injury wise I've completely revised my view on the optimum squad size we should be looking at

I'd have previously said 24ish is a good number, especially if you can back that up with some u23s who aren't far off.

Now I think 30. I think we have to assume 10 injured at any one time. 11 for the team. 9 for the bench. The other 10 on the treatment table. This should allow you to rotate a little.

Yes. O’Riley this season returned to competitive action within the timeframe expected following his injury and surgery. Pedro and JPVH also seemed to return about when predicted.

Edit: Also Verbruggen.

Be interested if anyone has an update on A MAZILU.
Looked like a good signing, but believe he had a bad injury last season.
