Remaining in the EU is on the road to nowhere.
I love this idea that other countries are going to let us select which bits of the EU we are going to opt into. Brilliant.
Surely living in Grimsby you are already in nowhere though.....
Yes. So because we're allowed to sell beer in pints, I can't see an issue with us opting out of the CAP.We opted to still sell beer in pints, we opted not to join the Euro, we opted out of the Schengen Agreement to name but the three most important (starting with THE most important...)

Top logic.
"Get Britain Out Of The EU" - what does that really mean? We can't "get out" - apart from geography more than half our trade is with the EU.
The problem with the "debate" is that the economic case FOR entry has never been presented clearly to the British public.
Ha Ha , marvellous stuff! I see what you did there, keep it up!Yes, yes you are.
I think the BIG issue is not having our own immigration queue at airports. I'm fed up of having to join the "EU Citizens" queue, it's my country so I should be able to join a "UK only" line. Scrap the EU solely for this reason.
again with the EU/EEC confusion. i think the economic case for EEC (or EFTA) integration is very well made. the case for political and legislative EU integration has never really been attempted.
And another thing, I really object to women immigration officers in hijabs being the ones to decide whether I can enter MY country. F off home. This is ENGLAND.

Absolutely with you on this, do you mean burkas though ? but if i'm honest , it would grate with me even having to show my passport to someone in a hijab .And another thing, I really object to women immigration officers in hijabs being the ones to decide whether I can enter MY country.

We've had 60 odd years of peace in Western Europe as a consequence of the EU...
I think you mean NATO.We've had 60 odd years of peace in western Europe as a consequence of the EU, Abolish the EU and I'll wager that history will soon carry on repeating itself.
No , not having any trouble really. Are we having trouble distinguishing between nationality and religion? They are quite distinct, you know?
This.
There is also the fact that being a member of the EU allows British people like me to live and work pretty much anywhere in Europe without having to go through the rigmarole of obtaining work permits, etc. It isn't all about immigration...
