No he has 3/4 staff that follow him everywhere he goes if he stays they stay. Cobaran was already at Leeds when he arrived & agreed to take him on. He was predominantly with the u23’s but was on the bench for first team matches also, the only other guy that has left is an u23’s analyst

Yes he has, Corbaran was mainly u23’s coach who also helped on matchdays & was already at Leeds when Bielsa came. Bielsa has 4/5 assistants that work under him

3 of his assistants have gone to Huddersfield with Corbaran, including the Performance Analyst.

It is likely that White has turned down a contract extension, only a fool or Leeds fan would take the first offer. White and his agent will have their own valuation, Brighton will also have their one. Chances are they will agree between the two.
If White was desperate to go to Leeds, he would have already informed the club that he wanted away, this would be a silly move by him. Brighton have invested the time along with the club's that he has been loaned out to. Remember Brighton have not paid any money for him, it's up to then if they accept a bid from another club and are willing to let him go, if not be can stay on his current wages and either be loaned out again or play for the U23.I

As has been pointed out ad nauseam on here and elsewhere he is widely regarded by peers as something else when it comes to player development but he is also famously erratic, pedantic and eccentric and has shown himself to be capable of prolonged periods of turgid and indifferent performances by some of his (very capable) teams.

He took quite a lot of persuading to take Ben White on loan and there seems to have been something of an exodus from the Leeds coaching staff despite a competent promotion campaign.

He’s definitely a bit of an odd bod which is why Leeds and their weird fans are having such a love in.

And he STILL hasn’t committed to them despite pre season starting this week. All very strange.

he certainly has a bit of a maverick factor about him, but yes, he's been very inconsistent throughout his career. also left some of his previous clubs in very acrimonious circumstances. I think leeds fans genuinely expecting him to put together a top 10 challenge with that squad will be sorely disappointed, but he does have an understanding of the game that far surpasses most of the other managers in the league

Now put that against Hughton & potter and ask yourselves would they be brave enough to have at least 10 players under 20 make their debuts while he’s been in charge. They answer is no they wouldn’t that’s why he’s got the reputation he has because it’s brave. Doesn’t always come off like many say “he’s never won anything” but he goes to do it his way making players along the way. I.e Ben white, Benjamin Mandy, Andre Herrera, etc

With all due respect, giving ten players under 20 their debuts in the Premier League would be foolhardy rather than brave. Although I believe Potter did give nine under-20s their debuts in the 3-1 defeat by Aston Villa in the League Cup.

Three this season. However, Brighton have nearly 30 players out on loan. Only Chelsea have more. If ever Leeds want a chat about academies then ask Tony Bloom. Yours is now classed as category 1, ours reached that status six years ago. Potter was brought in because he indeed does play youngsters. But that is easier to do in the Championship than upstairs.

I am interested to hear about Bielsa. I Iike unusual characters in the game and especially ones that are driven by things other than money and who have principles. But you undermine the story with statements like this that we simply know not to be true and leave me wondering what else is being exaggerated (or just plain made up).

you make it sound like that's revolutionary; Gus Poyet did that to use in 2009 when he took over - completely changed how the club was run and how we approach things. That ended well.
