What you should also be looking for is the quantity of the product you're buying.

Tesco's are in the process of reducing 1 product, I know of, by 10% from 335g to 300g.

I do not know if the price is also being reduced by 10%.

my other half has had this view a while, heard from a couple of people at work, i'm pretty sure they dont know Mr Cummings. Sky has launched a brexit free news channel and yesturday a Radio 4 programme had vox pops expressing the view. you might like to consider there is a general brexit fatigue setting in. remember most people weren't even interested in the subject before the vote.

I agree that Brexit fatigue is setting in, and as you rightly say, particularly with people who had little to no interest or understanding before the vote, and now want to 'get on with it' whatever 'it' is.

But the idea that this can be resolved by starting into the largest and most complex set of Trade negotiations in Britain's history (whichever flavour of Leave was chosen) just shows how little understanding there still is of the situation

Look at how your chocolate bars and crisps have reduced in size since the economic crash of 2008.

I think this will be a short lived victory unfortunately, although Brussels bods are all over the radio this morning saying they will grant an extension. They seem to be rather enjoying the fact that Boris hated seeking it and are amusingly going to grant it without a hitch just to annoy the undemocratic waffle-head.
But ultimately we will probably leave. Against the UK’s best interests but since when do thick racists listen to reason? Quite.

But for now...

Britain proudly remains an EU member.

If anyone was unclear about WHY Brexit, you only needed to watch Raab and Johnson on Andrew Marr this morning.

It's all about a push to a low regulation, low tax economy. The irony of course being that they are dumping a whole raft of NEW BUREAUCRACY on Northern Ireland to make it happen.

This being the NI that Brexiteers on here apparently never wanted part of the UK .

Another 1 million turnout in London yesterday, one arrest I notice that the DM actually are trying to make a story out of this

What was really striking yesterday wasn't just a sense of wanting to stay in the EU, but also of patriotism for Britain, so many union jacks. A real sense now that our Union is really hanging by a thread.

There were flags from Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and I even saw one from Gibraltar.

By where were the English flags, has this flag now become toxic in the face of nationalism? Starting to feel that way...

Yep. Drafts are already drawn up to start building on protected green belt areas. The South Downs being a MASSIVE target for developers. There is even serious talk of building a new motorway right through the Downs into Brighton.
Imagine the figures involved in a contract like that and you’ll see why the Tory party is so keen to force a hasty Brexit onto the U.K.

The negative effects of Brexit will be resounding for generations . Once the National Parks are encroached there’s no going back. It’s the crossing of the Rubicon.

I joined the Labour Party, as a 15 year old, under John Smith who remains my political idol. He's the best Prime Minister we never had. It's an utter tragedy he died in 1994 and it never happened. It's ultimately why I left The Labour Party in 1998 and never rejoined. As far as I'm concerned, he was 'it.'

John Smith voted for the Maastricht Treaty in the early 90's, he would have passionately supported too, the cause for devolved Governments in Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast and as for independence and the break up of the union - no chance. Same for leaving The European Union and the '********' as Sir John Major called the Maastricht oddball rebels, 'winning'. He was somewhat better than them, by a considerable distance.

Thank-you for quoting a tweet by John Mann - whatever now happens - I feel so much better and know I was on the right side of history, as my political idol would have been.

It always has been hasn't it? I have a very old and large (linen?) Union Jack of my grandmothers, last waved in the mid 1940's. I don't see it being waved any time soon unfortunately, although I'd love to hoist it high alongside a blue flag with yellow stars.
